Who receives the Vials of wrath?
The seven vials of God's wrath, poured out by seven angels, fall in turn upon the earth, the sea, the rivers and fountains of water, the sun, the seat (throne) of the beast, the river Euphrates, and the air, striking those who bear the mark of the beast and worship his image, together with the peoples and lands under Antichrist's dominion.
Revelation shows seven angels sent out from the temple to pour out seven golden vials, or bowls, filled with the wrath of God upon the earth. Each vial is directed at a different target, and together they cover the whole world system that has aligned itself with the beast. Revelation 16:1 records the command: "And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth."
The first vial is poured upon the earth itself, and it results in a noisome and grievous sore breaking out specifically upon the men who have the mark of the beast and upon those who worship his image, so this judgment falls directly on the followers of Antichrist. The second vial is poured upon the sea, turning it to blood like that of a dead man, so that every living soul in the sea dies. The third vial is poured upon the rivers and fountains of waters, and they likewise become blood, affecting the fresh water supply of the earth.
The fourth vial is poured upon the sun, giving it power to scorch men with fire, and those who are scorched respond by blaspheming God rather than repenting. The fifth vial is poured upon the seat, or throne, of the beast, filling his kingdom with darkness, and the people in it gnaw their tongues for pain and curse God because of their pains and sores. The sixth vial is poured upon the great river Euphrates, drying up its waters to prepare the way for the kings of the east, and this is the setting in which unclean spirits gather the kings of the earth to the battle of Armageddon.
The seventh and final vial is poured out into the air, and a great voice from the throne declares, "It is done." This brings voices, thunders, lightnings, and the greatest earthquake the earth has ever known, dividing the great city into three parts, causing the cities of the nations to fall, islands to flee away, mountains to disappear, and a great hail to fall upon men, each stone weighing about a talent. Even under this final plague, men respond not with repentance but with blasphemy against God. So in every case, the vials fall upon the earth, its waters, its skies, and especially upon the kingdom, people, and followers of the beast who have rejected God and given their allegiance to Antichrist.

And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
